About the coach's licensure
Peter Stieglmayr holds licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of New York. Notwithstanding that licensure, he is acting solely in a coaching capacity in connection with this product and is not providing services that fall within the scope of clinical practice. The protections, privileges, and obligations that attach to a licensed clinical relationship — including therapist-client privilege — do not apply here.
Mandated reporter status
By virtue of that clinical licensure, Peter Stieglmayr may be subject to mandatory reporting obligations under applicable law, including obligations relating to suspected abuse or neglect of children, elderly persons, or other vulnerable individuals. These obligations apply regardless of the capacity in which he is acting and supersede any obligation of confidentiality.

What is not included
The following are expressly outside the scope of this product and are not provided under any circumstances: clinical or psychological assessment; psychological, neuropsychological, or personality testing; crisis intervention or emergency mental health services; medication management, prescription, or consultation regarding psychiatric medication; and any other service that requires clinical licensure to perform lawfully.
Confidentiality and records
Information you share is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law — including where there is reasonable belief of imminent risk of serious harm to you or another identifiable person; where abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable person is suspected or known; where compelled by valid legal process; or where otherwise required by law.
Records maintained in connection with this product are not clinical or medical records and are not subject to HIPAA or similar health information privacy regulations. Reasonable administrative, physical, and electronic safeguards are used to protect your information. Communications by email carry inherent privacy risks outside our control, and you consent to their use with that understanding.
No guarantee of results
No representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind are made regarding specific outcomes, results, or achievements. Intellectual property
Your workbook and all associated materials, frameworks, and templates remain the sole intellectual property of Real Summit Coaching LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from them without prior written consent.
Insurance
Coaching services are not covered by health insurance. No claims, superbills, or other documentation will be submitted to any insurance carrier, managed care organization, or third-party payer on your behalf.
Governing law
This purchase is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
