What the call is

A conversation to determine fit — for you, and for the group being formed. We'll walk through the curriculum, what the twelve weeks actually involve, and whether this is the right structure for what you're dealing with.

It is not a sales call with a close at the end. Booking it does not enroll you in anything, does not charge you anything, and carries no obligation in either direction. If it isn't a fit, you'll be told plainly — and where useful, pointed toward something that is.

How to prepare

Nothing formal. It helps to arrive with a rough sense of two things: what specifically prompted you to look into this now, and what you'd want to be different ninety days from now. That's enough.

If you need to reschedule

Use the link in your confirmation email, or reply to it directly. Forty-eight hours' notice is appreciated where possible.

If you need support before then

Beyond Proof is a coaching program, not an emergency or crisis service, and it does not provide after-hours or on-call support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, a psychiatric emergency, or thoughts of harming yourself or others, please use one of these immediately rather than waiting for the call:

Worth knowing before we talk

Beyond Proof is life coaching. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or any form of clinical intervention, and it does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders or psychiatric conditions. Participating does not create a therapist-client or clinician-patient relationship.

Peter Stieglmayr holds licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York but acts solely in a coaching capacity here, outside the scope of clinical practice — therapist-client privilege does not apply. By virtue of that licensure he may remain subject to mandatory reporting obligations under applicable law, which supersede confidentiality. Clinical assessment, psychological testing, crisis intervention, and medication management are outside the scope of this program. If it becomes clear you'd be better served by clinical care, you'll be told directly and offered referrals.
