The problem isn't that these patterns are wrong. It's that they don't scale, and nobody ever gave you the update.

This is not a mental health diagnosis. It is an operating audit: where your standards are producing returns, and where they have quietly become a drag on performance you can't see because you are inside the system.

What the engagement includes

A one-on-one discovery call before anything begins — to review the curriculum and determine whether this is the right fit for you and for the group being formed.
Twelve structured group coaching sessions conducted by video conference, 45–60 minutes each, held weekly.
A one-on-one mid-point session roughly halfway through the curriculum.
A one-on-one wrap-up session near the end of the curriculum.
The curriculum workbook — the written spine of the program.
Access to the digital coaching classroom, where session recordings and materials are posted.

Across all of it, the work is the same: goal clarification and values exploration, building action plans and personal strategies, accountability check-ins and progress reviews, and general personal development support appropriate to a coaching relationship.

Who this is built for

Operators across Am Law 100 firms, bulge-bracket banks, and Series B–D startups. The common thread is not a job title — it is a person whose standards built their career and are now quietly taxing it.

Investment

$6,750 per person.

Payment is due at enrollment unless an alternative written schedule is agreed. Payment plan options such as Klarna or Affirm may be available. Program packages are non-refundable except as set out in your written agreement — including where the coach terminates the engagement or is unable to provide services for reasons within their control, in which case the unused pro-rata portion is refunded.

Coaching is not covered by health insurance, and no claims or superbills will be submitted to any insurance carrier or third-party payer on your behalf.

This is coaching, not therapy

Beyond Proof is life coaching. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or any form of clinical intervention, and it does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders or psychiatric conditions. Enrolling does not create a therapist-client or clinician-patient relationship.

Peter Stieglmayr holds licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York. In this program he acts solely in a coaching capacity, outside the scope of clinical practice — the privileges that attach to a licensed clinical relationship, including therapist-client privilege, do not apply. By virtue of that licensure he may remain subject to mandatory reporting obligations under applicable law, which supersede confidentiality.

Clinical assessment, psychological testing, crisis intervention, medication management, and any service requiring clinical licensure are expressly outside the scope of this program. If at any point it becomes clear you would be better served by psychotherapy or other clinical care, you will be told directly and offered referrals.

This is not a crisis service

Beyond Proof does not provide emergency, after-hours, or on-call support.
